Dot came to us to be bred and had a rough start. But when I read her pedigree it was like finding a lost gem in a sea of desert sand. Her old Las Rocosa pedigree was close to that of my very own Tucker and her contribution to our dogs immensely valuable. She produced likely some of the oldest LR blood that was out there at the time and we were so fortunate to have her boys at hand.
Dot raised two litters with us at Tucker Creek – some of the most sensible ranch style dogs that just went to work. As well as useful and talented, they were all structurally sound, handsome with spectacular deep rich colours (Tommy, Rook, Rocky). She was adored and loved by her retirement family and fondly remembered.
